Online Banking is First United Bank’s internet banking service that allows customers to view account balances, account history, and imaged items (checks & deposits), as well as initiate transfers between accounts, pay bills and facilitate many other common banking functions.


You can access Online Banking using any web browser. Commonly used web browsers include: Internet Explorer®, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox®. If using Internet Explorer®, it is recommended that you use Internet Explorer® 8.0 due to security limitations in older browser versions.

During the auto-enrollment process you are able to select an Online Banking Login ID. Once the enrollment process is complete, we will send you a temporary password via eMail. Enter your Username along with the temporary password to log in. You will be prompted to change your temporary password to a permanent password of your choice.


A password for Online Banking must be at least eight (8) characters, but no more than 12 characters long. It is recommended the password utilize both upper and lower-case alpha, numeric and special characters for security purposes.


If you forget your password, contact First United Bank’s Electronic Services Department at (855)382-7827. After verifying your information, a representative will send a temporary password to your eMail. You will be prompted to select a new password the next time you log in.


Accounts are related to your Online Banking profile using your social security number. All accounts on which you are the primary owner will automatically link to your profile.


Yes, accounts on which you are not the primary owner can be added to your Online Banking profile. First United Bank will verify that you are a signer on the account signature card and manually link the account to your profile.


Internal transfers submitted before the start of Bank’s nightly processing are immediately reflected in the account’s available balance. Transfers submitted during Bank’s nightly processing will be reflected in the account’s available balance following the completion of nightly processing.


Real-time transfers cannot be cancelled; simply transfer the funds back to the original account. You can cancel a future-dated transfer by going to “Transfers” and “View Postings” in Online Banking.


Yes, deposits made at any branch will be reflected in your account’s available balance. However, even though a deposit made after 3pm is reflected in the available balance, that deposit will not be processed until the following business day. Do not consider deposits made after 3pm as part of the available balance when initiating transfers. Doing so may result in a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee.


Checking and savings account history can be exported into Microsoft Excel, or a personal finance software such as Quicken® or Microsoft Money®.
